I searched Sony's website and this is what came up with your camera model:
Note: If the your camera or camcorder is not recognized by the computer when connected, you may need an updated driver. Check the Updates tab below to see if any updated driver is available.
Most versions of XP and Vista are not 64-bit but you might be one of the few "unluckies"

There are no drivers as far as i know, but you can still use it via the firewire. Firewire suports speaming video from your Sony, usb dont.

Only load the driver and install in XP compatability mode then use another video capture programme Sony does not support Vista for you cam.
