I have a p4m800 pro-m7 mother board. i have alraedy install windows 7. then i wnat install vga driver.still i cannot find this driver.can you this problem plaese help me
Hello the homepage is here:
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=94#dl
But the driver for win 7 is not there.
It will not help to download the xp driver
My advise is to buy a graphic card that supports win 7
The mainboard have an AGP 8X Slot for extenal graphic card
If you are in doubt adding a graphic card
let a expert do it for you.
Good luck

There are two versions of your board.
Look under the 775 section for specific model.

VGA driver software for win7 can be downloaded at the

SOURCE: Cannot set resolution 1640x1050
Hi,
To answer your question in short: If your video card and monitor drivers are installed correctly and you are able to adjust the resolution to 1640x1050 in your settings then your card and monitor are able to handle that resolution.
Remember that at higher resolutions your display card performance might become very slow.]
This is due to your BIOS shared memory being only 64Mb.
To get better performance you will have to upgrade your display card to one with more memory. ie. 256Mb. or more.
Best of luck.

SOURCE: my biostar P4M800 Pro-M7 only shows 1gig of ram, but i have 2gig... Wat could be the problem?
Are both chips identical ? if so
Take out the ram and replace it one stick at a time in the socket 0 or 1
If both sets of Ram work then check your instruction book on the motherboard and see what is the maximum ram it will take .
Get a copy of Memtest86+ from www.memtest.org
and run it on both chips , that will show if there is any errors on them.
