The hot water pressure was fine with our old faucet. Now after installing our new Price Pfister Florentino faucet, the hot water runs slow. The cold water pressure is fine.
Check the supply line and valve to see if any dirt or foreign.matter got into the line or valve when you changed out your faucet. if this is not the problem you may have a faulty faucet. You may be able to back flush the faucet with a garden hose by leaving the hot side open, but you will get wet. If you used Teflon tape on the supply line and it is a compression fitting, some of the tape could be blocking the water. for more info go to waterheaterflush.com
I had a similar issue with the hot water having very little flow compared to the cold. After checking for and eliminating any flow restrictions, the flow did not improve. While looking for other potential issues, I discovered that my faucet included a set screw in the faucet handle for attachment to the faucet unit. After reassembling the faucet and tightening the set screw, everything worked properly! Apparently, the loose set screw did not allow full movement of the divertor valve to full flow on the hot side. This was likely just an assembly issue on the new faucet. Easy fix!
I had this problem. It is fixed now. The cause was sediment in the screens at the fittings where the supply lines hook up. These screens are not shown in the diagram, so I did not know about them. You have to disconnect the supply lines from the faucet and lie on your back to see them. Pry them out with a pick and push in new ones. Pfister will send them to you for free. I'd consider leaving them out entirely. The sediment will end up in your aerator (easy fix) or worst case, possibly damage your cartridge. A gamble for sure, but the cartridge wears out eventually anyway, and can be replaced from the top.
The "hot" side of my Pfister kitchen faucet was only putting out about 10% on the hot side. This faucet has a "diverter valve" that, apparently, can get stuck by either debris in the line or suddenly "pounding" in the water line due to air in the line. Apparently, the problem is commonly on the hot water side of the faucet. There is a "cleaning video" on the manufacturer's web site.
I did not attempt to clean it-I simply replaced the diverter valve for about $14.00 AND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE NEW ONE! (I cannot explain why the new one was no better.) I then used my air compressor to force air backwards through the faucet and un-stick (??) the diverter valve. It worked. I now have about 90% flow. Here's how I did it: Close the main water supply to the house. Open several faucets on the same floor as your kitchen faucet to allow room for air to flow back into the pipes. Remove the aerator from the faucet. Blow about ten pounds of air pressure back into the faucet outlet.(Don't blame me if the diverter valve explodes--mine did not.) Turn on the main water supply. Close all faucets. Check to see if the hot water flows pretty well. I will avoid buying these "fancy faucets" in the future. (I am not a plumber--I'm just another frustrated consumer.)

check if any valves are not fully open first. if its a replacement of one that was working fine then the taps are most likely duff
SOURCE: I installed a Price Pfister kitchen faucet model low water pressu
yes it should have a flow restrictor in the end of the spout. You might need to clean it out
SOURCE: Low hot water pressure on newly installed kitchen faucet
it souns like a factory flaw in the piping or whoever hooked it up, over bent or kinked the line
