Have a connex cx-3300 hp that is not sending anything and barely reciving i have had this radio for 10 years and hate to give it up. it has worked in my other trucks but for some reason it wont work w

Has been tuned by a pro shop and oe eco board

    Bryan ..there is a small 3 legged transistor right front side of the radio cant remember off hand the board.placment # if this goes bad ..and they do you will loose your receive/transmitt. Ijexpensive fix to a big problem. Tell your tech.

Pre audio amplifier. Is it getting hot on the right side of the radio? Take it to a tech if so its a common issue with the general lee or galaxy 33,s or connex 3300.

SOURCE: my radio i can key up the light changes but

First off you can by any radio parts that you need and any good CB shop knows that.But if its only a little over a year old then you can send it back to factory and it'll be fixed free. There is a serial number on the back of the radio the first to digits is the year and the second two the month it was made so is a year or a little over a year old if so call 1-814-898-1046.

Clean all of the volume and rotary pots with electrical switch cleaner. That is NOT WD40.

Also when inside check the soldered joints on them.

Radio want stop scanning
your keyboard membrane is needing cleaned with IPA you must have spilled coke or pepsi or somthing conductive on its membrane so i would just look to replace it you need to perhaps replace some capacitors in the controller board section {mpu for it} i think dry caps cause this esp low value ones around the mpu

My connex 3300 hp stopped reciving it transmits people can hear me loud and clear but I cant hear them radio was working fine then one day I turned it on and couldn't hear any thing.
Hi, my name is John. Try a external speaker, plug it in the back of radio, turn the RF GAIN to MAX. Turn the SQUELCH all the way to left, make sure the select knob is on CB, and on AM...try all this and if that's does not do it, let me know, I will post other steps here,.... hope this was very helpful....

Would like to peck recive on connex 3300 moble
adjusting the receive is something you don't want to touch unless you know a radio.....and for the rci2990 without looking at it I'd say you have a bad soilder on the voltage regulaor or the voltage reg, died.

Have a connex 4300 hp and can`t find anyone to tweek it right!
tell me what you have had done to the radio? There is a shop in texas that specializes in 10 meter and they can do that for you email [email protected] and he will give you the info and what he can do for you.
