I have an wireless Epson NX 230 printer 32 bit printer with Win 7 operating sys Emachine 64 bit desktop. Printer driver process says operating system does not support the driver. Test page does not print. Having problems finding the cause, i.e., proper drivers etc. Need help.

Check the compatibility of the driver with the OS version:Windows 8 (32 or 64 bits), Windows 7 (32 bits or 64 bits) , Vista (32 b, 64 b), XP (32 bits , 64 bits). You should try to use the software that shipped with the printer. When installing, choose local printer (USB), or Network (Ethernet cable, or Wireless).

Use the Lexmark Z600 Series Vista driver in Windows 7. First, check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. From your computer, go to Start menu > Programs > right-click on Computer > click on Properties. Take note of the System Type.

Please check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. Go to Start menu -> right-click on Computer -> Properties. Take note of the System Type.
Now, there's Z601 driver specific for Windows 7, however, the vista drivers work. Download the compatible driver for your operating system using the links below:
