Cannot find instructions on how to remove the key pad for recommended repair. All other efforts - unplugging, cleaning, child safety release, etc., have been tried.
You can do this without removing unit from wall. First unplug unit. Next remove the two screws on the top of the unit closest to the front. These screws simply keep the up facing vent in place. Next slide the vent to the left (plastic latches on bottom hold in place) to allow vent to be removed. You should now see a single screw above the control panel. Remove it then open the microwave door. Gently slide the control panel up which will disengage the plastic latches on the panel sides. Suggest if you are going to remove the controller and replace take a picture before removing it so you know exactly how to reconnect all the wires.

"SE" means you have a shorting membrane keypad.
If and when an oven
is coming on or doing anything by itself, this is very dangerous and
can result in a fire.
So until it is repaired,
please leave it unplugged or leave the door
open when it's not in use, and please do not leave it running
unattended.
On most Samsung models, your best bet is to buy a whole new control box and replace it.
This is a simple do-it-yourself job.
You can find
helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full
model number from the tag on the oven here.
At
our Web site, we have a video
available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
If you do not find information about your model or you need more help, note that FixYa is not currently notifying us Experts when Clarification Requests are answered.
So please post a NEW question, and please
include your brand name and the full model number from the tag in or on
the unit

SOURCE: I have a samsung over
Hi SE error code means shorted key and is displayed when either
a key is shorted or the key pad has gone bad. Usually replacing the keypad
solves the issue however, before doing this you can also try to leave it unplug
for 15 minutes. If the issue returns then the keypad should be replaced. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance. Daniel

The full service manual is online here.
Once you get part numbers, the best supplier is here.
You can usually get individual parts for the door.
I don't recommend removing or replacing the door unless it's really necessary, because it the hinges aren't mounted back exactly as they were, the oven can leak.
Such leakage can pose a risk of arcing or fire.

"SE" means you have a shorted membrane keypad. It's not uncommon for it to be intermittent or partially operable.
Since it's under warranty, I would contact Samsung for a free fix. See your owner's manual.

SOURCE: where is the fuse located on the samsung smh9187
There are 2 screws on top that release the top vent. Under this is a single screw that releases the front control panel. Behind the control panel are 2 fuses. Mine are 20 amp. I'm heading to radioshack now to replace the one that is blown. Lowes has them but I have found Radioshack to be a little cheaper. Lowes use to, but they found they can charge 5 times what they are worth.
