The code is an error code, it means your copier bizhub 250 is having some problem in the LCT.large capacity tray the last tray.its not opening or may be malfunctioned.

See if you have selected weight paper from the tray in the duplex mode.
Weight paper is selected in duplex mode only from the bypass.
So you check that the paper in the tray 1 or tray 2 must be plain paper and in duplex mode it can print normally.

this means the computer name and or passwordare incorrect when creating the one touch key in the user name and password fields the user name and password must match exactly to the name and password on the pc

Check and make sure there are no jams by the fuser ie: bits of paper in the paper path.
