FRIST, download the 83 pics u have and save them. your camera may be reading the internal memory. go to setup and change to sd card option. If that doesn't do it, and it's already looking at the SD card. Format the card. NOTE: see first line again!!!

I put my memory card into laptop, message says my card is full, and yet i delete my pics from camera., do i have to delete from memory card also, if so how do i do that.

Did you delete the pictures from the internal camera memory and not the SD card? An easy way to solve this problem would be to insert the card into your computer and open up "My Computer". In here you should see your memory card mounted as a usable drive. Open up the SD card, select everything in it by pressing "Control" + "A" and then hitting delete. This will clean everything off of the card. If you want to save the files from the card first, simply make a folder somewhere on your PC and drag all of the files from the SD card into that folder after pressing "Control" + "A". If you are still getting an error stating your card is full after removing them this way you may need to re-format the card or it may be malfunctioning.

It keeps saying memory card is full. Bought a new memory card and put in and it still says the card is full.

Are you sure that isn't "internal" memory card is full message?

Sometimes, when "internal memory card is full" there is no more space in the camera's internal memory. Your camera has 16 MB of internal memory. The number of pictures you can store depends on the picture size setting you have selected on your camera. Keep in mind that the camera always uses internal memory, even if a card is installed (auto default).

If really, the problem is in the "SD memory card", I suggest make some backup all files and reformat the SD. Try formatting it in the camera, there should be a process in your owners manual for doing this; donw formatted SD in your computer, isn't good.

Hope helps.

What size memory card does the kodak easyshare cx6200 take?

The internal memory for this camera is 8 MB.

The manual indicates using memory cards of size 8 to 128 MB, so this is an early SD memory camera, following the original SD standard. Do not try SDHC or SDXC cards. The camera will support a 1 GB card. It *might* support a 2 or 4 GB card, but since this is a 2 Mpixel camera, a 512 MB or 1 GB card will allow you to save thousands of jpeg format pictures.

Should you use an 8gb sd memory card in a panasonic lumix dmc-fx3 camera ?

Hi,

The manual lists the following SD cards compatible:

4 GB SDHC Memory Card
2 GB SD Memory Card
1 GB SD Memory Card
512 MB SD Memory Card
256 MB SD Memory Card
128 MB SD Memory Card
64 MB SD Memory Card

An 8GB card may or may not work. If you try it, make sure it is an SDHC card. (Note: HC=High Capacity)

Thanks for using Fixya.

Stops taking pictures after approx. 128-130

Hi, Sue,
Not really sure on this, but if where he bought cam will take it back, try it...
However, it may not be the cam, but different resolution settings on the two different cams. Digital cams by different manufacturers format SD cards using different means; some allow more memory space on card for formatting than others..and if the game cam is set at a higher resolution than the other cam, then the 2nd cam might use space 1st cam left avail.i.e., say cam "sets aside 4mb of memory to format card, but only uses 2mb of this space. Now, the game cam is set for high resolution and take 130 pics @ 15mb each..15x130=1950mb,+ 2mb left by game cam=1952mb(1.952gb), or about 50mb of space left on card...put it into cam set for lower res. and might get several more pics before card was really full...be sure all is equal...both cams, and card, ect. 128-130 pics @ high resolution ain't bad....on a 4gb SDHC card with my I-40's set for High Res., I can get 1000 pics;@ enhanced and I get only about 300. Set at low res., and # goes way up.Hope you understand all this.
