I don't want to sound crass Olive but did you forget your password. Is this a new tablet and are you connected to internet? Thank you and leave me some feedback please.
The outgoing server probably requires authentication (usually the same password as for the incoming server). Is your email client sending authentication? Look for a checkbox saying something like: "Outgoing server requires authentication."
Also, I just want to make sure that you can't use "smtp.live.com-25-TLS as the address for your server. The server is smtp.live.com, the port is 25 and encryption is TLS.
The combination of port 465 and no SSL will never work. You must either enable SSL with port 465, or else try a non-SSL port like 587 or 25. What mail program are you using?
The triple forward slash indicates that your internet is not set up correctly, or not working properly. Make sure you have your internet connected and try again.

I am assuming you are using Outlook Express or Office Outlook.
If you are trying to setup an account on a new pc or on a different computer will automatically load your mail from off of the server your mail account is on, there is no real getting around that. there is a way to save your self the trouble though. You can back up your current account on the previous PC and import that back up file to the new pc with your Outlook you are trying to setup and it should reconcile with your server and should stop the upload of 11000 messages. Please let me know if this fixed your problem or if you need further instruction on how to do this process.
What error code are you getting? Try to scan again and let it fail. Press system monitor, scan, log. Look for jobs with Result of NG. Highlight one and press details. At the top, look for Result: NG (####). It will display an error number there. What is that error number?
751 cannot connect to server 7xx cannot connect ... 8xx could connect, but error... 801 bad user/pw or firewall 802 user/permissions 899 unknown if successful, may be normal
Check additional functions, system settings, network settings, email/ifax settings. Check SMTP server IP and authentication / encryption.
Ignore POP or recieve options as they are for IFAX.
Whenever a mail server is unable to process an e-mail request, the e-mail fails and the software displays one of the following error messages:
Can't connect to email server
