Water boiled over on my stovetop and went into the front electrical panel. The error reads EO F2. I am hoping I can somehow clear this out or at least good news that the repair wont cost as much as a new stove. The stove top works but the electronic controls are dead, including all buttons that I would need to cook inside the oven. Hoping someone can help me out or advise. I do not know the model number. It is a ceramic top and approx 4 yrs old. Very nice stove, I love it, just hope I didnt kill it.
On this website: http://www.repairclinic.com/0078.asp#Whirlpool , it shows all of the codes for the Whirlpool errors. Based on the remarks, if it shows a "4 digit failure code" it is "Shorted
keypad"
"Replace
Electronic
Range Control/Clock (ERC)"
But verify this as I am not an appliance repair specialist. I am a computer nerd who just knows how to find information. I am actually trying to figure out an answer to my own problem with my Whirlpool Gold Accubake.

I have code F2 E0. Is it cheaper to buy a new stove?
Had a power outage today and the stove came up with EO F2. At one point, I was able to start it and preheat the gas oven. Now-- it keeps asking if I want to clean when I hit cancel.
Any ideas? Killing the power to the oven did not work.
EO F2 Error on my whirlpool gold oven. No buttons work.
I have the EO F2 error code on my Whirlpool Gold Gas range right now. Can't get the burners or over to come on. I called to have it fixed, but it will be 5 days before someone can get to me. Lot's of eating out in my future.
