It wont turn on

Turn it off and plug it in to charge (do not turn it back on, it will turn on by itself).

y wont my mercury turn on it wont even showet chargeing how can i fix the problem.

1. plug the payer into your USB port. or wall charger
2. switch thje palyer on using the mechanical switch (on the side)
3. turn it off by either holding down the play button, or selecting "System" from the menu
4. The screen will go black and the battery will begin charging.

Try holding the power button while plugging it in. Also try holding the power button while wiggling a mini screwdriver in the reset hole
