SOURCE: The toilet is only 2 months' old. The water keeps

Remove the top of the water tank.
check to be sure that the flush cover (about in the center of the tank) can close all the way. It seats into a 2 inch hole - and must seat all the way around. If it fails to seat, then the fill valve (on the left side of the tank) will continously let water into the tank.

As a starter experiment, you may try just turning whe water off at the wall shut off. Then inspect the tank to confirm that it is losing water.
If confirmed, then the above solution is correct.
If it is not losing water, then the fill valve is faulty and will need to be replaced (it is allowing water to over flow into the "OverFlow" tube.....

I recommend that you keep the water turned off at the wall until the toilet is needed - and the problem is repaired.

I have very low water pressure in my toilets. I have flush master.

There may be a water flow regulator at the inlet to the fill valve, which is meant to prevent water hammer or resonance. It is a rubber plug with spiral ridges. Turn off the water supply to the toilet, flush the toilet and remove as much water as possible from the tank. Remove the water supply line at the outside bottom of the tank. Use needle nosed pliers to pull out the regulator plug from inside the valve. Reconnect the water supply line and turn on the water supply. If you experience water hammer or resonance you can replace the regulator plug with a new one that may be less swollen with age. The plug is not needed otherwise and your toilet will fill much faster.

Water Ridge dual flush toilet issue!!

Of course ALL the DIY centers (Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Do-It-Best, etc.) sell toilet repair kits. Sounds like you need a flapper replaced in your toilet. Search online for toilet flapper replacement to get guide on DIY.

How do i fix my toilet which flushes just fine, fills with water then stops but every now and then will run for about 15 seconds then stop

Check your flapper and run your finger around where it seats to make sure there no ridges or cracks. Sometimes the flapper is off center and it will do that. Some other times the water valve that fills the toilet can stick. If it's the water valve change it with a Fluid Master all in one (valve & ballcock assembly) You can adjust the water level right on the assembly for how many litres of tank water before installation. They are very easy to install and alot of unnecessary adjustments will be avoided compared to the old ballcock style.

It could be the type of flap you are using. I would suggest you try a different shaped flapper (a cone would work best) and if that doesn't do it, put a new kit into the unit, because it could be that the float system is sticking causing it to continue running.
