I checked the Fuse under the hood. Horn doesn't work when i push the horn on the steering wheel. But when I use the FOB to set the alram the horn goes off, or push the panic button the horn works. So the connections to the horn is good and the fuse is fine.. What could be the issue?

Maybe horn became unplugged. Put 12 v power to horn make sure horn works. Put test light on terminal on horn have someone press the horn button, if light comes on and horn does not blow you may need new horn. if light does not come on you may have bad contact at horn button, blown fuse, broken wire, bad horn relay or possibly just a bad ground.

It sounds like the switch itself, on the steering wheel, are not making contact. I'm guessing that if you can remove the front part of the steering wheel you could check and clean the contacts and also give you a chance to test the horn, while you are in there.

Then it means that the contact plates and/or wires related to the horn inside the steering wheel are defective or loose. First of all, if you take off the cover yourself be very careful! There is an airbag inside that can pop out if you hit the wrong wires or anything. Best trick is to unplug the negative wire directly on the battery and wait at least 15 to 30 minutes for residual power to subside and prevent any juice from getting to the airbag detonator. Once done you can take the screws in the back of the steering wheel out and snap out the cover to gain access to the plates and wires. Be warned though, it probably wont be apparent what is loose or defective, so if you do not want to scratch your head with this for too long, best bet is to get the vehicule to the dealer and have it done there, although they will charge a few hundred bucks probably.

Simply have it replaced, horns on domestics usally stop working as mine did on my 93 lumina, it stopped working and I had it replace and it worked fine after that.

You may have a bad horn relay, the contacts may be burned or worn to the point that they won't conduct. The clicking sound you hear is the relay, find it and if it's the type that can be taken apart you can take the top off and see if the contacts are okay if not you might be able to clean them by sliding just a thin piece of card stock or a business card thru the contacts. If not get a new horn relay and try again.
