Sounds like it is trying to boot from a lan or someplace other than your hard drive. Make sure you don't have a music cd or movie dvd in the cd/dvd drive. Turn the computer off then turn it back on and the screen for which key it says to hit to Change The Boot Sequence or Boot Order, then hit that key. You have to hit the key when you see the message or it will not work and you will have to reboot and start over. Select the Hard Drive as the boot device and let it boot up. If you are successful then each time you boot you will need to do this process unless you make it a permanent change.

To make a permanent change to the boot process turn the computer off, then turn it back on and watch the screen for which key it says to hit to get into the Bios or System Setup, then hit that key. You have to hit the key when you see the message or it will not work and you will have to restart and boot again. Once you are in the Bios or System Setup look for any reference to Boot, Boot Sequence or Boot Order. It might be a tab you you select at the top of the window. Change the boot order to CD\DvD as 1st and the Hard Drive as 2nd. This is the normal boot order so that if anything goes wrong with the hard drive, you can boot from the cd/dvd by putting in a repair disk or operating system disk. Just make sure you don't have a music cd, movie dvd or anything in the cd/dvd drive when you boot. Save the settings and exit the Bios or System Setup and Reboot.

Found another site with the same problem as yours:

http://www.geekdashboard.com/pxe-e53-no-boot-filename-received/

Try to test the hard drive on another pc ( just to find out if it is the mainboard or harddrive that`s failing )
The problem could also be the power supply.
Check also the bios settings, for boot order.

Good luck

No booting Win Xp sp3

Your laptop is trying to find a bootfile on the network and not finding one! ~This either means it's not seeing your hard drive, your hard drive hasn't got a bootfile on it, or your bios settings for booting have somehow got messed up.

This error is a network boot error.

Your message indicates that Pxe Boot is enabled (boot from lan card), go to bios settings and from the list of first boot options, please select the hard disk (hdd) or Cd-rom as the first boot device, reboot your system and check whether this helps or not.
It is also necessary to disconnect and reconnect your dvd/cd rom's power cable and data cable.
