Hiya, to unlock press PREV and NEXT until it says unlocked.

The short 1 sounds a little serious though. Have you tried taking off the speakers?? If still there then suggest contacting crown. They have a pretty good no nonsense 3 year warranty

My xti 6002 goes to thermal protect after few seconds after i switch it on .The problem is only on ch2 and ch1 is fine.what is causing the problem.

I've been seeing this a lot. The outputs are common failure. Needs to go to a shop. Shorted transistor is likely the cause.

My xti 6002 crown amplifier ch2 shows thermal protect and fan is in full speed .what is causing the problem kindly give some tips to repair it

Crown utilizes small signal transistors as thermal tracking devices but i think that this is not the main issue with the amplifier, it could be in the output stage with some power transistors failure, does the other channel works fine?

My amp was blinking while it was working then it went off.Now it doesn't power up..Crown Xti 4000

Power supply likely failed. Electrolytics are the primary culprit.
It should have a switchmode power supply, so it is lmost likely the 5 volt section failed.

My crown Itech 4000 left channel is phasing in and out. Could it be a collection of dust problem?

It is POSSIBLE that it could be a collection of dust problem however my guess would be on a loose wire being vibrated by the sound from a nearby speaker.
I would
  1. Clean all dust you see off
  2. Test and see if problem is corrected
  3. If it isnt check to see if there are any loose wires.
  4. If there are no loose wires. Let me know.
