APS film chamber stuck shut. Door won't open when film chamber release button is pressed

Sorry to hear about this issue. If you have a change bag, I would put a few jewelers screwdrivers in it then put the camera in it. With the bag closed up I would attempt to forcibly open the back. With the camera in the bag there is not any chance to expose the film. After the film is removed wind it back into the cartridge. Now send it off for developing.

Good luck,
Cordially,

Water leaking in on drivers side under pedals and feet area, Not sure where water is getting in?

Under the door trim there should be a plastic film stuck to the steel and over all the holes. Water running down the window glass drip straight into the car if this film is damaged or removed. Check the the drain holes onder the door are clear and not blocked with mud and other gunk. There will be 3 holes elongated and about 3/4 " long close to the outer skin. Clean them with a paddle pop stick or similar. Check that the door rubbers are touching and sealing by placing a film of vaseline around the door opening and then close the door . There shoulod be a continuous mark in the vaseline .

When i take it to develop film cames back the shutter not closing or opening ? on pic onit at all

I would check the shutter by:

1) open the film door
2) While looking into the camera, press the shutter button.

The shutter should open and then close. If the shutter doesn't open and then close, it could be stuck and my require professional help.

The film magazine stuck in the Canone EOS 10 camera, never happened that before, i could easily insert and remove the film. it's rewinded, luckily, but I need a new one to put there, + I'm afraid if I...

Nikon N75 or Canon EOS 10????????

How is the film stuck? Is the rear door stuck? Does the film door open?

As long as you do not damage the film canister, the film will be ok. If the door opens and the film is rewound, use something to pry out the top of the canister from the camera. Then you can remove the film.
Even a film roll of 36 should not get stuck. Check the cartridge are for anything sticky. Sometimes these older cameras get some sticky residue from decaying foam in the shutter area. This would be a good time to send it in for CLA - Clean, Lubricate, Adjust.
My own EOS 10 had that problem. If you can't get the film out, the repair shop will do that for you.

Stuck film door

Hey Ituckersr,
Directions on how to open your cameras film door should be in your camera manual. If you don't have your camera manual you should be able to get one from the manufacturer by emailing them at [email protected]. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

Film advance lever and shutter release button are "stuck"

No, it is not the battery. My guess is that the film leader did not stay in the take-up spool and is now bunched up around it. Try rewinding the film carefully as you normally would but remember that you are only rewinding a small portion of the length. You can even just open the film door and start over. You will only loose 3 or 4 frames on the roll.

ERR sign keeps blinking in the lcd

First check the batteries. Are they fully charged? If you still have the same problem, try this:

Is the film (that which did not rewind fully) still in the camera? If so, open the film chamber door once in a dark room and close it again. Try to rewind the film again. This could possibly be the result of the film getting stuck somewhere, preventing the camera from rewinding it.
