The deck belt is 144959 which is 1/2" X 95" and the drive belt is 140294 which 1/2' X 82", and can be found on amazon, here 1 2 95 Premium Belt Craftsman Poulan Ayp Husqvarna Replacement Belt 144959.... I hope this was helpful. cheers

Deck Belt Part #144959. Thet belt is 1/2 wide by 11/32 thick by 95.25 long. Sears Parts Direct lists it for $34.99 + Shipping..

it's a 95.5" belt... you can cross reference most belt part numbers on the Dayco website

144200if you have 2 idler pulleys 144959 if built since 1995 hope this helps ya

Manual lists the incorrect number for this model! i learned through many difficulties. Correct belt is a # 144959, 1/2 " by 95"

Are you saying the blades start turning when you crank your mower? If so, you either have the wrong belt (should be # 144959) or have it routed incorrectly. Belt should go straight across the back between the spindle (blade) pulleys, then, in front of those, to the inside of both smaller, idler pulleys and then to the engine. Be sure to work the belt down between the pulleys and the flat, metal belt keepers on each idler pulley.
