Could be power supply related- failing capacitors being most likely.
Could also be PWM failure- Failing capacitors being the most likely.
Output may have shorted out, or the MOSFETS or IGBT's may have failed.

My gemini cdmp 6000 cue button is stuck it will not come out of cue. i need to hold cue button down in order for it to play

You need to take it to the shop and get the switch replaced. It shouldn't cost more than an hour's labor/bench charge and the cost of the switch. Depending on your market probably $75-100.

I have a Gemini CFX-50 dual cd player. The left tray is not reading the cd whenever I put it in. I am getting a message "no disk". the right tray works fine. What could be the problem? Please help!

If the motor is spinning the disc, then your problem is with the laser. It either needs to be cleaned or replaced. Cleaning can be done with a regular laser lens cleaning disc, available at any store that sells electronics. A replacement lens assembly can be picked up at any store that specializes in electronics.

How do i hook up a gemini xga2000 to a preamp and head?

What kind of preamp and how are you using the xga, I assume on PA, and you want to use maybe a guitar preamp and amp head directly to it? Your preamp could go straight line in to the xga, the only thing the (whatever kind) of head is for power of onstage monitoring of your guitar. That is optional since the PA should have monitors. I personally use my full rig onstage to hear myself but, I mic it to the PA which always sounds better than direct. If you could be more specific to these models and uses or ideas, I could help you more.

How to hook up a gemini amplifier?

typically (unless your useing other gear besides mixer and amp) you'd come out of the L/R outs. ( Main outs ) to the Main inputs of the power amp then out to your speakers (outs of power amp). Now the amp could be in bridge mono or other factors but typically, like i said, just
Mixer Out- Amp In- Amp Out- Speakers.

I bought a factory refurbished xga-3000 gemini amplifier and conected it to my behringer mixer expecting a thump. but it barely sounded like a sound of earphone at maximum volume. I read power supply to...

A large amp like this likely has protection circuit (probably a relay) that doesn't connect the speakers until the amp is stable and balanced. You relly need the schematics for the amp.

Where do i plug my speakers in on my cdj 600's? got it working through the headphones everything else is useless??

You connect POWERED speakers to the left and right outputs... You MUST use POWERED speakers or an external amplifier. This unit has a small headphone amp, but that CANNOT power passive speakers.

Upon power up channel 2 will stay in protect. no audio from ch 2. This amp is only 30 days old and only 3 shows under its belt. Very discouraged....

The output section of this unit appears to have a problem. That channel is in protect mode and will not produce sound. At this point, you should return this for a warranty repair. While relatively rare, this can happen with new equipment. As long as you have not overdriven the amp, the warranty should take care of the problem.

Keep us posted on how you make out.
