You bought one of my remotes? And by the way my name is not RCA.............it Bonaparte, Napoleon. That's Mrs. Bonaparte to you. And that what you get for not tossing the kid out. just kidding.....you don't have to use Mrs. ": )......
These are your TV codes for the 660 series. However I could not find the DVD/VCR combo. I included a link to the manual which should have instructions for the auto search feature. First link to manual second link is to the links to codes and other info. Hope this helps.

All my manuals say 0044 is the correct code, it did not work on like 4 different universal remotes, one of the manuals also listed 0060. Nope did not work either. Don't they actually pay somebody to check this ****? Here's the one that I got to work after COUNTLESS hours! 0564, good luck I know it'll work on a time warner universal model # 1056B01 ( With NO SUPPORT FROM TIME WARNER ******* ********!) They actually told me to buy a new tv?! I sent them a care package of my "dog's **** in a box" c/o customer support :) Nope I'm not kidding, I even gave them my return address.
Try this: press "Function" and "Mute" on the remote at the same time. This will unlock the channel. Do this if you want to bypass the lock to watch a certain show or channel while leaving the TV locked. All other channels will remain locked and the TV will lock again when it is turned off.
Unlock all of the channels on the TV by entering 0711 or 3308. These are the Jensen factory reset codes that will reset the TV to the original factory settings. By doing this, you will loose any information that you have stored in the TV, such as channel labels and schedules. You will have to program the TV again by going through the entire initial set up.

I called Direct TV Customer Support and gave them the reference number of the remote (upper left corner of the remote) and they gave me all the codes to program Insignia TV. Then using the Menu bottom in the remote I followed the instructions to program it. The assistance was clear, simple and FREE of charges.
YOU CAN USE EMERSON CODES FOR YOUR ADMIRAL TV AND TV / VCR COMBOS, MY COMCAST REMOTE ACCEPTED 11911. SOME REMOTES NEED FIVE NUMBERS AND MY ADMIRAL ONLY HAS THREE. SO I USED AN EMERSON CODE AND IT WORKED MOST OF THE BELLS, NOT ALL WHISTLES WORKED BUT I DIDN'T HAVE TO GET UP TO TURN IT ON, CHANGE THE CHANNEL OR THE VOLUME. MY KIDS WON'T DO IT ANY MORE!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!
I have small TV called Konka for my small kid. This TV was bought in 2000.My problem is that kids have damaged the remote control of this TV now to operate it I need Unversal Remote control. Konka tv is never found on any of the manual of unversal remote control lists.
So, is it possible to get CODES for that Tv.
thanks
