Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Why did you change the fuse. If you put it on bake, the bottom element should come on, If you put it on broil then the top should come on. Does anything work on this oven. I think I would check the voltage at the receptical (outlet) where the oven plugs in. It should be 240 volts. Is this just an oven, has anyone been adjusting the clock or timer.

I have an electric admiral stove I tried changing the two 30amp fuses for oven but it still doesnt work. Would the problem be the heating element and where does one locate the element??

The oven element has probably failed. Im not sure about your Make of oven but the oven elements are either the coil type which are positioned around the oven fan at the rear of the oven or under the oven floor. The connections for either will be at the back of the oven.

Miele 212 oven does not work. We have a Miele oven that does not work anymore. 220V gets to the oven and then nothing happens, no lights, no display, nothing... Advise anyone?

Nothing Works, or the Oven / Range / Stovetop Works Only At Certain Times:
1.Home breaker flipped or the fuse blown?Possibly an electrical surge has flipped the breaker. Check your breaker or fuse box and replace or reset as necessary.
2.Power cord plugged in?Grab the plug and wiggle to determine a good connection.
3.Power cord damage?Damaged rubber with wires showing through or the wire is being pinched can cause issues. Electrical tape is acceptable for covering damaged wires.
4.Aclicking sound could be something wrong with a relay. Check for any loose connections around the main control board on your oven. The click you hear is a relay losing power and switching back on. If the clock resets then something is causing power interruptions to the board.
5.
6.Even a bad relay door switch will hinder your oven from operating.

If your oven has internal fuses, a wiring or component problem could have caused a fuse to blow. A blown fuse is an indication that a component has shorted or failed, and the problem will need to be corrected. Most ovens that use fuses will have an indication of the circuits that are affected by a particular fuse. If an oven fuse has blown, then you should inspect the oven element and the associated wiring to determine the cause before replacing the fuse.

Hotpoint BD32 built in oven is not heating up anymore, top oven/grill works fine. When it's switched on it makes the right "noise" but there is no heat or light. Is this an element problem?

you can check the element, just get a volt ohm meter, set to ohm's and make sure it shows a short, otherwise you have an open or bad element.

Dryer doesnt work but i hear the timer working

Change your cycling thermostat. When your cycling thermostat fails, then the reponsibility of your heating element to shut down goes to the high-limit thermal shut off (closest to heat element) and the thermal fuse. Your cycling thermostat should shut down heat element when it detects about 140* air in the blower housing. Yours can't detect that anymore so it lets your dryer heat up and up till you blow the thermal. new cycling thermostat and thermal
