I have an windows vista and receive always error:ox8000FFFF when trying to install SP1

make sure you bring your system in clean boot. Uninstall you security software. Install SP1 and then install your secuirty software.

Make sure you turn off your system for five minutes before you start installing SP1

Windows 2000 Professional SP4
Mac OS X v.10.3.9, v.10.4, v10.5

If you are unable to install the printer driver, please download the drivers again from the below link and then try the installation again.

Need to downoad CD to new computer with Windows VistaSP1

Download the VISTA driver from the CANON website and install it. If you still have problems download service pack two and irnstall it first.Then instal the printer driver. DO not install VISTA service pack three with out installing two first.

New computer

you dont need any disc as all the drivers are preinstalled on vista computer..just connect the usb cable and it will automatically install it....a printer icon will be created under printers and faxes.
