I am getting error code 94H on our Magicolor 5430 DL Laser Printer but it is not the waste bottle that needs to be emptied. Does anyone have advice on how to fix it?

The bottle full message indicates that the waste toner collection bottle is full. The full bottle needs to be removed and the toner disposed of properly. Then a replacement collection bottle needs to be installed and the waste toner counter reset. This site has the toner bottle: http://www.precisionroller.com/waste-toner-containers-for-ricoh-aficio-mp-c4500/details_47769.html . It is possible to reuse the bottles but most people will spill the toner when they try to empty a collection bottle. You do not want loose toner in your environment.
Turn off the printer (at the power switch) and wait for the lights to stop blinking before attempting the replacement. See page 62 of the network guide for the replacement procedure. See https://www.ricoh-usa.com/downloads/downloads.aspx to search for your printer and get the manuals.
You have to empty out the waste toner bottle... The bottle is a milky white plastic and I believe it is right under the fuser unit. It should slid out toward you. Carefully dump the toner out of the bottle into a plastic garbage bag and re install the bottle and you are done....
The waste toner bottle is nearly full and will need to be replaced. The
printer will be able to print approximately 50 more pages and then will no longer print until the waste toner bottle is replaced.
Here's an article in the Lexmark website on How to Replace the Waste Toner Bottle. Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/c4gVUM. Follow the instructions carefully. Hope this helps.
Behind the waste toner bottle near the top, there's a lever that uncovers a sensor that shines thru the bottle. You can blow out that area with canned air but usually the sensor needs to be replaced.
Go to "Ch. 7 replacing consumables" > "Replacing Consumables" > "Replacing the Waste Toner Bottle" this is found on page 165 of the user guide. This walks you through replacing the waste toner bottle.
Hello sir; There have no waste tone bottle for this machine, but waste toner all stuck in the imaging transfer belt unit, on the right hand side door,pull it out dump the toner out and vaccumn it.
It means the waste toner bottle is nearly full and needs replacing soon.
Here is the link to the printer support page;

Download the user manual/guide.
Check page 65 of the manual (page 73 of the pdf file) for instructions on how to replace. Be aware of the safety instructions - toner is very toxic. It is not worth trying to empty the bottle rather than replace it, and most likely illegal.
Hope this helps :)
