I auto renewed my subscription and my webroot keeps saying 0 days of protection left. When will it update on my PC?
Assuming you paid the renewal fee online and you verified your payment was recived the software should update rather quickly. Try restarting the computer and see if it shows the proper subscription information. If this does not work, give it a few hours and try again. Contact the company and insure they have the payment reflected. If you received email confirmation of payment, that email usually will contain contact information for technical support or customer service issues

Webroot customers can reinstall software at no charge any time during the active subscription period. You can request a new copy or upgrade at the Webroot Web site:

  1. Go to http://www.webroot.com/updates/redownload/request.
    The Reinstall Software page opens on the Webroot Web site.
  2. From the Product field, click the down arrow and select the product you are using.
  3. In the next two fields, enter your last name and email address. Use the same email address and last name that you used to register your software.
  4. Click Get Updates.

You will receive an email containing your keycode and instructions for downloading your software.

I wantto renew my macafee subcription which expired last year how can i renew it without paying ?????? plz guide mw
In order to renew the subscription you have to pay for the subscription.
If you'd like, you can switch to a free version (most likely better than McAfee), such as AVG or Avast.
I suggest Nod32 by Eset, if you're paying for an antivirus software.

I received error code 105 for Webroot software
go to process explorer kill the process
now the good part go to below link and download this app and rip it out .....now run ccleaner reboot /job done

Spy Sweeper won't sweep after subscription renewal and upgrade to 5.5
Hello,i have been reading your problem....This is simply because you have too many anti-virus programs running all at once.... I reccomend you remove the other 2 anti-virus software....

Subscription renewal
another possibility is get you money back and download a good free tool called spybot search and destroy, and if your realy interested in anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-malware, etc., you dont need to pay a stinkin' dime to anyone, there a few very good free programs that will do the job. write back if you want the links!
