I'd say that's a National Panasonic and you will need your actual model number (N-something) to look it up.
But Australian manuals can be downloaded here:

Otherwise, you should be able to get support here:

I would say you need the keypad (also called the membrane switch) and the circuit board is good.

SOURCE: NATIONAL MICRO OVEN NOT FUNCTIONING
If you cannot get in touch with the warranty company, the retalier must have a authorised repair agent it can refer you too, as for the area, wheather the repair shop is near is a different problem as most warranty compoanies i have worked for will not cover the cost to get sent for repairs, in fine print of warranty card/paper. other than that, due to being purchased only a few days ago, you still fall under the 14-day return period that any retailer should uphold, and as far as i have seen, does uphold.

SOURCE: I am using the National Microwave Oven NN-577WF
Does the oven display the time on the LCD display? if yes there cud be a problem with the switch pad or any one of the micro switches or safety switches that are placed inside the oven. If u do not understand the functioning of microwave ovens please do not attempt tp open it urself as it is dangerous to do so without knowledge. Capacitors inside may hold charge of upto 2000 volts
