Sharp Aqous LC-26D5U TV has the "Antenna-Digital" grayed out

I want to use two (2) 311 dish receivers with only 1 outside antenna.

SOURCE: I have a Westinghouse 26 inch TV.

I carried my Westinghouse TV to the basement. Unplugged the antenna from the digital converter box and connected it to my digital TV. I then re-scanned for channels and found channel 9. After carrying the Westinghouse TV back upstairs, I connected the original set-up and tuned to channel 9 which was now showing on the screen as no signal. From that point I moved my VHF dipoles until I had located the correct position for reception. A little labor intensive, but I was fortunate to have another antenna that was receiving channel 9.

HOW TO SET THE FACTORY PRESETS
Turn off the TV by pressing POWER on the TV.
After waiting for about 1 minute, press and hold down RESET and press POWER on the TV to turn on the
TV.
All setting items (except TV channel) return to the factory presetting.

note Password will be cleared after running the factory presetting operation.
You can run the Auto Installation again by using the following steps.

1 Turn on the power of the TV.
2 Press MENU. (Make sure the menu screen displays.)
3 Press left or right to select “Setup”.
4 Press up or down to select “Auto Installation”, and then press ENTER.
5 Press left or right to select “Yes”, and then press ENTER.

SOURCE: cannot change input from antenna to cable as it is

Normally, the cable input will only be available if a "live" cable or satellite box is connected to the other end.
You may also have to go through a setup routine to enable the cable input. Please check your manual.

Most locations are real hard to get local stations using indoor antennas. If you are in a location where you do not have cable, I would try either a outside antenna on the roof or go with Direct TV Dish / Dish Network system.
