Yahoo Messanger Install Problem

It seems there are a whole load of people who have this problem with messanger 9. The only solution i have found so far is to delete it from pc and install vesion 8 instead.

Please try download and install latest version of yahoo messenger 10 beta ...it supports windows 7 also....download it from here

Hi no problem..u r trying to install online setup.so u got that problem..
u can download full offline installer from here..

download it..and install works 100% sure.

Step 1: Uninstall the Yahoo Messenger

Step 2: Go to Run

Step 3: Type REGEDIT

Step 4: Delete the Yahoo Messenger and try re-installing it again.

i cant access yahoo live messanger. i deleted the icons by mistake

yahoo messenger 9.0 was not loading for me....so i tried to re-install it..tht ddnt work...thn i deleted all the files manually and removed the program... but now wen i install it it stops at 99%..i saw somewhr a suggestion...it helps to reach 100%but again the loading prob.. so in short nothing worked out.. i tried several times to install... it stops at 99%.... YAHOOOOOOOOO plzzz help. i use windows XP.

I'VE GOT IT!

Whether you are using XP or Vista, go to System Restore, follow the instructions and you will be taken to a point in the past that you either a) didn't have a Messenger hang or b) before installed Messenger and then you can do it again.

It doesn't affect any documents.

I should have remembered this myself but one of the guys on a forum that I am a member of reminded me of this solution.

Go to it...it's cake.
