Try uninstalling Yahoo Messenger and then reinstall it. If that does not work it will have to be removed from the Registry. It may have a bad driver in the registry. If you are not familiar with or experienced with the registry I would not venture into it.

hi Laural. if you go to this link,where it is saying (Windows driver with just one click.and its the green box.)do not download it. just read what is on the right off the page. also do not download the one in red saying,(download now) https://www.driverguide.com/driver/company/Sakar/index.html this link is the only thing i could find,so not sure if it will help you.
