Bulb replacement on tecnik neptune cooker hood

SOURCE: a bulb blew in my tecnik cooker hood and neither

In case you are still looking for an answer. The same happened to me.
I found a 3-amp fuse which I changed, and now it's ok.
I removed the chimney casing and located the electrical connection into the wall. You'll find a fuse unit within the switch which swings out.

Tecnik TKE5445 cooker hood - Power switch/fan speed setting panel on extractor fan unit!

Try e-spares. The other alternative with control boards is to find an electronics engineer to check components. Switches tend to be generic.

Just look this youtube video, and it can't be more clear.

I never have found a fuse IN a cooker hood as long as I repair them.
My first impression would be a faulty connection to the grid, as both functions of the hood do not work.
