Frozen screen I haven't had any problems with the player butI put it on the computer to charge last night and now my screen is frozen. The battery bar is full but I can't turn it off, it won't connect to my computer, and you can't listen to anything on it. Can you help me fix this? I hooked my husbands insignia sport up to my computer and it connected just fine. I have had this player since Christmas of 07.

Probably the computer went into sleep mode while charging overnight. Try the follwing
1. Connect the reader to the computer 2. Make sure the redlight comes on 3. If the light does not come on, hit the reset while reader is connected to the computer 4. Leave the reader charging for about 15-30 minutes 5. Check if reader unfroze and check battery metter
Hi as of last night every zune30gb in the world went frozen go to zune web page and go to support on the zune page and put in a repair request i also have a zune30gb so i hope they will be fixing the problem soon .
Disassemble and disconnect the battery for about 10 seconds. All Zune 30's apparently siezed this AM. MS is working on their solution, not sure when it will come out. The battery disconnect is at least a temp fix. Mine works fine after doing it.
There could be a slight problem of it being frozen so try holding down the off button for 10 or 20 seconds and hopefully it will turn off or on that could be the problem or maybe not.
On the very bottom of your Walkman, next to where you'd normally put the USB cable on the left side (when the screen is facing you) is a reset button. Hit it with a pin, that should do it :)
