Plugthe black voltage probe into the voltmeter jack marked "COM."
    • 2
Plugthe red voltage probe into the voltmeter jack marked "V."
    • 3
Rotatethe range selector knob to the highest range setting, which is marked"VAC."

Turnthe voltmeter on. Slide the power switch to the "ON" position.
    • 5
Touchthe probes to the device for which you measure the AC voltage. Use extremecaution. Ensure that the probes do not come into contact with anything but thesurface you are measuring.

Readthe voltmeter's display. Turn the range selector knob to a lower range ifvoltage is less than the currently selected range

I think you need to replace the display of your tredmill. Everything is fine with your tredmill but only it`s display need to be replaced.

However if the problem persist, replace the batteries by new ones, clean the contacts very well with c. cleaners
3) tigh the ribbon cables for keypads and clean it, Tight the conneator upper board, vs lower board.
4) adjust the reed swtich, test for open or faulty, clean it and tight the connector very well.

I have a tredmill that quit.Is there a fuse that could be blown and where is it?

1) Unplug the machine, and test the fuse.
2) See is if there some componenet BURN, such: resistor, diode, capacitor, triac, or SCR. AND tEST IT.
3) See the block diagram, the fuse can be located in the boards, or near to the main switch.

Tredmill not moving

That's an embarrasing admission. A treadmill works like a conveyor belt or a car's fan belt. If it is too loose it will slip under load. There will be an ajuster on your treadmill. All you have to do is tighten the belt. Do not overtighten it though. an
