Blackberry tour 9630 will not reset after battery pull Starts to reset normally with red light that goes off then starts to reboot with secondhand and white screen. After about 2-3 minutes get something that looks like an international no symbol and I cant make out what it says below (too small) Phone will do nothing after this. Tried 2 different fully charged batteries, with charger, without, repeated battery pulls and tried escape key as well all to no avail.

first connect the bb with pc and run bb software with internet connection bb software will ask u new version detected want to be update then press update button after some time bb will restart with white screen
