I have a Thomson scenium x3030e media player. When I want to record videos from TV, it says to me the disk is full. I know exactly that is not the case. How can I format this player that I can use the whole capacity again? Thank you for your support.

this tv is old now and thomson no longer have them in stock
the menu on the tv is very good and should cover all conections and inputs and tunning

Did you sort out this problem? I just brought one and it's not working either. I've got all the system requirements it says I need and have tried to charge it for 5 hours (it says at least 3) and it won't do anything.
