Mp3 wont work

If the file system is corrupted, you have put files into the wrong folders.
To fix it, simply copy over all of your files from the mp3 player to your computer, format the mp3 player, then synch the files back onto it.

The memory of your MP3 player is corrupted. Please format the player. Now once more copy the MP3 files. Now it should play. Some low cost Chinese/Taiwanese players may not work at all once they go bad.
