Rangemaster 110. Ovens not lighting due to faulty auto/clock. FIXED!
Someone, somewhere on the internet had the solution to my problem but I can't find the link again to thank them! If you don't mind losing the clock/timer auto function this is for you and it's free! Just takes a bit of time.
Basically you need to lift/open up the LH &RH hobs to get at the wires behind the clock. You should see 2 blue(neutral) wires coming directly from the back of the clock. Pull them out and connect together - should be easy to click them together. Then the ovens will light - but you will lose the auto/clock/timer functions. We only used the timer so not a big issue. We didn't take the control panel off but we did take ages to unscrew the hobs etc Probably took us about 2 hours going back to instruction manual we found on internet and trying to work it out but I think we've saved a lot in not replacing the unit with the usual call out charges. We made sure electrical supply was switched off and just took our time. Really chuffed!

This should allow you to see the instruction manual for the 110. There was another one somewhere showing a diagram of how to link the 2 blue wires at the back of the clock but I can't find it again! By the way our cooker is 10 years old so maybe different from newer models. We didn't have to take of the front control panel we accessed everything by lifting up the hobs to get behind the clock/timer.

Hope this helps! Ovens still working just got to go and buy a wee timer.

5. To Remove Clock
Disconnect from electricity supply.

Remove the timer/mounting bracket assembly from the
control panel by removing the fi xing screws.
Remove the timer from its mounting bracket by
depressing the plastic lugs on the timer case, at the
same time pulling the unit forward.
Reassemble in reverse order. When replacing leads

This is not a solution per se, it's how to replace the clock with a new one. Take note this is for older Rangemaster 110 gas ovens (Leisure Badge)
you require a replacement clock, Part number P035624.

This replacement clock will have 2 white blocks with terminals whereas his original only has one white block on the back.

Ignore one of the white blocks and wire the clock exactly the same as the old one i.e. brown & blue wires to the bottom 2 terminals (either way around, it makes no difference) and the pair of wires which go to the white block on the old one goes to 1 of the white blocks on the new clock.

Setting of the clock involves pressing the minute minder button & cook time button (old clock was set by pressing the cook time & stop time buttons).

Hope this is not too confusing.

Rangemaster 55 leisure. My timer has stopped working

Hi Stella,

i am sorry for you, but you can forget repairing the timer.
You can replace it of course.
You do not need the timer to operate the oven.
For that you need to bypass the timer. The clock will stay working normally.
Although the 55 is smaller then the 110, the working of the clock should be the same.
Net link will give you more information and I hope you will fin the solution there.
Kind regards and a good weekend, Dik

Try putting your grill on low for 30 minutes to one hour the clock should start to flash then leave to flash for five minutes after which press reset. It worked for me on my rangemaster 110 (gas)

Rangemaster 110 main oven does not work

That looks like a problem with the control panel assembly.

Try first unplugging power cord for ten minutes, then plug back.

Press the selector wheel for 5 seconds and see if this reset it.

If that does not work , then you need to replace the control assembly. YYou find diagrams and replacement parts by entering the model number here.
