As you would for any other analog stereo device. The only outputs are analog headphone x 2 (requires stereo mini plug). Your sound card and PC software would be the limitations.
You can only record in real time, there is no way to transfer digital files directly like you would with an MP-3 player. The MZ-R70 has a line input which can connect through an audio cable to the computer's line-out (green). OR, if your computer has an optical audio output, and you have the right optical cable you can record that way.
are you using the computer with it, or using a line input or microphone input? How is the battery? If the battery gets really low it will do a TOC EDIT to save what you've got, or you lose everything.
