this old XP PC has zero value dead. (on ebay)
and $20 working at most.
it runs XP, only. so is a virus magnet. with XP.
why buy dead PC, that are BIOS locked.? oops?
why not buy a PC that is 7 years old or newer, and avoid these junk. this one is 12 years old, stuck in the 32bit world.
that number is no good, ypc at del.com sorry
the D630 has many variants, dash C and 4 others.
the base is

last BIOS is
Version A19, A19
Release date
16 Jul 2013
this PC not D620
has TPM and Intel Active management BIOS admin pw schemes
that are not easy to hack, (by design) and SMART CARD locked.
and more HDD lock outs.
the book on your PC tells you to read page 199 for if lost your PW.
did you do as the book directs?
For customers in the United States, call 800-WWW-DELL (800-999-3355).
or says to ask on the DELL.com forum not FIXYA we are not DELL
we are not PWhackers.com ok? nor is it legal to do so.
so in fact there are 4 levels of bios lock here.
any on can block you
the model is newer with TPM chip, and you will never hack that if enabled.
that is why the book told you to call DELL
because they can discover which of 4 ways it is locked.
here is video of doing older dells.
that do not have TPM lock but the older EEPROM locks.
(EEPROM locks are a dell secret and not use here)
the rumor is 2008 to 2012 dell went full hog TPM.
like yours.

history:
locks types all years
NVRAM (chip easy to reset)
EEPROM super hard.
TPM impossible
iatm (intel locked)
smart card locked.
only Gawd knows how yours is locked, mine has TPM+iATM
on mine its off, if was on it supports the intel 3 guess questions
or my finger print reader. or fails hard, so I keep mine off.
call dell or google how to hack
there is no other ways, but those 2.
