The T-con board has failed but i do not think that it is sold seperately you will have to have a tech check it out if your set is just over the warranty i would contact rca they may just pay for it

you have a short circuit somewhere on the panel control , some chips go wild when the temperature when hot !!! maybe they have to replace the panel , only a repair shop could fix that ! ask the price some time is the price of a new tv !!

you must have a wire ( sound plug ) not connect properly , sometime those plug loose with time , when powered the make connection and those sound happen !
