Phone keeps dropping calls
Same issue here. Have you checked the battery? I found out that on mine the battery was leaking and corroding the contacts. Need to call Panasonic to find out if they can do something (about 5 month old phone)

"No link to base, reconnect
Disconnect the AC adaptor from the unit, wait for a minute, then reconnect. The plug may have become loose over time, or not fully inserted. If that does not work, try reregistering the handset, another handset may have deregistered this handset.Initially, the displayed message indicates that the base is not receiving power. Verify that the base is lighted up / powered on.Try a full hard reset on the Panasonic KX-TG9333T by disconnecting the power and telephone line connection to the base and remove the batteries of the 3 handsets. Allow unpowered, disconnected condition for an extended period of time (6-8 hours). The idea is to force the system to revert back to factory defaults.Reconnect the KX-TG9333T and the batteries to the handset. Recharge if necessary. Go through the initial set-up procedures.

How do I extend the range of a Panasonic KX-TG9333
There really isn't much way to improve the range of the phone set itself.
Have you considered running a longer phone line from the magic jack to the base unit? You could wire a pass-through jack on either side of the concrete wall.
Further more, if you only have magic jack service and no traditional service you can disconnect your wiring from the central office (unplugs like a regular phone jack) where it enters the house. Then run your phone line from the magic jack into your house phone wall outlet. Now the magic jack service will be plumbed to all phone jacks existing in the house. This is the configuration I use for my phones as well, it works GREAT.
You MUST disconnect from the outside lines if you do this however!

How do you block private calls
Contact your local service provider, The only way you can block private or 800 numbers is if your Phone provider has the code you would punch in your phone.
