Crown CE1000 and CE2000 both clipping with low signals
for some reason channel one of one of our amps started clipping. i first noticed it with the drum kit but it slowly moved to the vocals as well. i haven't noticed this issue before today. what do i need to adjust to keep it from clipping?
Fault lights keep blinking
I have one upstairs in my repair que. There are some small glass fuses ( 20 mm long) on the power supply board.
Check those
I need the schematic diagram of the amp
I do not believe that these are available outside of authorized service centers. Can you please describe the problem you are trying to resolve? Also, Crown amps are not the simplest in design. Use caution when working on these, there are high voltages present throughout the chassis. You can contact Peavey Corp directly to purchase a service manual if they are available.

Hi Rodman55
If it is surface mount technology(device) resistors you require, they are available most everywhere electronics parts are sold. What values do you need.
You can get them direct world wide from
Farnell Electronics But it may be a little work to sort the one you need. Best measure it up and go by dimensions to pin down the specific one you need. Good luck

Fault light on
Hi there. Check for shorted speaker wires. (chews) Also, remove cover and blow dust out.
Thanks
Paul
Left side output
Sounds like there is a short somewhere on the left channel inside the amp. not easy to fix without seeing the unit.
