-Try to Unplug power cable for 10secs
-Remove paper try from the printer
-Make sure you are using the extralife paper or the thermal paper that came from the cartridge
-before you put the paper tray on the printer clean first all the rollers of the printer using a clean cloth
-Now if your done put it back now the paper tray
-Plug the power cable back
-Then do a test print.

What a cam is it?

Most cams has pictbridge and you can connect them via an usb cable to the printer dock. Try it.

can you check if you have the CD that came along with the Kodak Printer? You would need that to install the printer on your computer. Once thats done, you should be able to print the pics

try checking the configuration of your printer. and check if the ink is ok. Do a maintenance task in your printer in order to clean smudges and other things that may cause your printer to perform properly. Theres no problem with the software, but only configuration..Or your device may be not doing very well because of over use... Pm me if you still need help. Thank you

It isn't fixed yet, I have spoken to the shop I bought it from and I have got to take it back in for an exchange printer, they think it must be a manufacturing fault. Thank you for your help, how will I let you know if it works?

Hi try only putting one sheet in the tray at a time as i had same problem now mine works fine, a bit of a pain in the backside keep putting one sheet in but if you get a good pic its worth it :)

You know I had this same problem for a while as well. The only solution I found was that I HAD to use the Kodak Easyshare software in order to print anything with it. (That was the case with my XP desktop and my Mac laptop...). But sometimes it still would not spool properly and would require unplugging the printer and plugging it back in to reset.

Have you tried cleaning the paper feed rollers with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth? You'll have to remove the paper try first. If that doesn't work you may have to remove the ink cartridge and tighten the roller. I had to call the Kodak technical support to get help with this. Hope this helps.
