E13 is a Camera CPU communication issue , try re-seating the Flat cables going between the CPU board and the cameras they are a big problem!

Make sure no paper pieces are stuck on a roller or if there is any dirt on any where inside.

If the ink cartridges and printhead are already in the printer, remove them, then reinstall them.

I will assume you have this unit tied in to a computer unit. If so try to delete the program on the computer and do a complete reinstall. Follow each guideline on the computer screen and check on your programs on your computer to be sure the printer is listed. If it is listed run a compatibility test on the computer and printer. Your computer may not be recognizing the printer but it should give you an option to choose how to run the printer program. Be sure when you are deleting the program that you completely delete all parts of the printer program. You will most likely have to enter the WIFI pass code to the printer for it to recognize the computer and WIFI number pass code. I hope this helps.
