I have a Braun 7 series that I use occasionally. The last time I tried to charge was unsuccessful. After several days on the charger still would not charge, I discovered the RESET button right under the Braun name. The charger cable has to be unplugged, then press reset with a paper clip and now works like a charm. Note: reset will not work if charger cable is plugged in.

To open the shaver body, you will first need to gently pry off the 'cap' on the bottom that surrounds the hole where the cord plugs in. Once removed the side grips will pull off revealing 4 screws. Remove screws to take off back cover and access insides. Inner parts simply lift out. Reassemble in reverse order

After reviewing your Problem , My think says , its a Machine Problem... or may be its a Heat Problem , the Reason of Heating is that , the blade of machine is not installed Correctly , so Blur your Machine , clean it all ,then it will okey.

My Pulsonic Razor that I received for Christmas will not run on battery, or with the plug supplied. I have tried just about everything I can think of. Is there a way to solve this problem? I do not have a receipt as it was a gift and am quite certain it would cost me a small fortune in order to fix it at a Braun Service centre.

Hi, yes these batteries only have a limited life unfortunately. To prolong the life of your battery, always ensure the batery is completely flat before charging and always charge fully but do not leave charger on after charge has completed.

The red light indicates that the battery is low and needs recharging
