just the touchscreen itself or the entire ipod? Typically, i browse ebay and try to find the best deal timewise/costwise on just about anything electronic as far as used goes. new...it's check newegg.com or even tigerdirect.com if they're still about. those two are typically my best options with price and shipping. plus great return policies.
Hi Kate, try turning your cell phone off then on.... If still no Wi-Fi Hi, and you're trying to connect to your home Wi-Fi The password is on the back of the modem in the house, Write it down then go into your phone/tablet settings and tap "CONNECTIONS", Then tap on Wi-Fi and make sure it's switched on(should be a button there), Once switched on it should start scanning automatically for networks, but if not then there's a scan button there somewhere. When it finds the modem just tap on it and a small window opens for the password, Type in the pass word tap ok and you're connected... Bellow is a link to a short youtube video explaining pretty much the same thing I said..... I hope this helps..., CHEERS..
How to Connect My Phone to My Internet Using Wi Fi Wireless Keeping Up...
Transferring photos from PC to iPod touch is not that difficult. iCloud and iTunes can both be helpful.
Using "Photo Stream" to sync photos automatically with iCloud is pretty convenient. Go to "Settings > iCloud > Photos (Photo Stream on iOS 6)" and then turn on My Photo Stream. Then get your iCloud started on your PC. In the iCloud Control Panel, Check the "Photos" and then enable the "Photo Stream" option. After that, import the photos into the "Photo Stream" folder on your PC, and then you will be able to view the photos on your iPod touch. Using iCloud to transfer photos from PC to iPod touch is easy, but this method needs Wi-Fi connection. Only over Wi-Fi connection can iCloud sync photo on PC with iPod touch.
Using iTunes to sync photos with iPod touch is also easy. But you should be very careful of the syncing function of iTunes because it is a double-edge sword. Once wrong click, you may lose data in your iPod.
1. Plug your iPhone into computer via the USB cable. Launch iTunes if it doesn't launch automatically.
2. Find "File" option on the upper left corner. Then click "Add File to Library".
3. Select photos from your PC and then iTunes will sync the photos to iPhone automatically.

Give the Apple companies 1800 number a call. If it is the password to your ipod, they will ask for the VIN number on the bottom back side of the ipod and ask you to verify information, if the info is correct they will give you the password or help you to unlock it
You cannot if there was a passcode put on it. If there is and you are unsure of what it may be, you can call the Apple companies 1800 number and give them the VIN number of the ipod, you will have to verify some information but if the information is correct they will either let you know the passcode or help you to unlock it.
