My pc starts hanging and after that restarts

THE PROBLEM IS THE POWER SUPPLY MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO SUPPORT THAT VIDEO CARD.
THIS VIDEO CARD IS CAUSING THE PWR SUPPLE TO OVER WORK
THE MOTHERBOARD IS EFFECTED BY THIS TO.
CAUSING RAM TO OVERHEAT ALSO.
NOT ENOUGHT AIR FLOW THREW THE COMPUTER SYSTEM.

THE BIGGEST KILLER FOR PERFORMANCE IS HEAT.

YOU NEED ADDITION COOLER IN THE SYSTEM TO COOL THE POWER SUPPLY,
VIDEO CARD, RAM, CPU.

HERE IS A COMPANY FOR THIS PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING
WWW.ACOUSTICPC.COM

THEY HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT COOLING AND COOLER DEVICES FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS

My1 gb ram didn't make any change even in games in my pc

Ok, let's explain this. RAM does not necessarily make your pc faster.
Your pc can be faster if you upgrade your CPU or graphic card(only graphic application will make you notice the increased speed in graphics).
RAM can be a bottleneck for application that need a lot of memory like photoshop when working on multiple very high resolution images or 3D cad when working on large assemblies, or VMWare.
Vista manages the RAM in such a way that you might notice a slight performance increase and less disk usage during standard desktop activities, but XP doesn't.
if you don't use very many applcations at a time and/or you don't use memory consuming applications, the added RAM is not used at all and your computer won't be any faster than it used to be.
Video memory is basically the same. you will notice a difference in performance from a large video memory(512MB-1GB-2GB) only if you game at high resolution like 1080p or higher, usually supported only by large monitors like 20" or larger.

I have a asus 256mb en7200gs graphic card

remove the card, get the old drivers for the motherboard and reinstall them, then see if you can get the system running, if the problem continues to reboot every time you are going to have to reset the motherboard this means shorting out the bios and setting everything back to manufacture orignal setting, before doing this go in to bois and write down everything on the type of drive and all the information on that line
cyclinders
heads
precomp
sectors
lba
so one
how the systems boots firsat hd, dvd, cd, floppy

on the motherboard is a sitch 1-3, most of the time it is on 1-2, you need to move the switch 2-3 for a few seconds and move back to 1-2, reboot
go into cmos
set up everything the way it was before you reset the system everything should work fine
reinstall the video card and drivers
disabling old drivers

All the games run slowly even low graphiced games.

A FEW THING TO DO DEFRAG THE DRIVE MORE THAN YOU ARE DOING NOW, IF YOU DO ONCE A MONTH YOU MAY MAY WANT TO DO IT 1 TIME WEEK.

IN YOUR COMPUTER IS A SECTION IS FOR PERFORMACNE ENHANCEMENTS, OR IMPROVING SYSTEM CHECK AND OPERATIONAL ERRORS AND LOGS, THESE LOGS ARE GETTING LARGE AND STORING UP INFORMATION AND SLOWING DOWN THE SYSTEM AND PERFORMANCE.

GO INTO CONTROL PANEL LOOK FOR PERFORMANCE FOLDER
VIEW PERFORMANCE DETAILS IN EVENT LOG
OPEN FOLDER THE FOLDER SHOULD SAY
EVENT VIEWERS
GO TO FILE AND OPEN IT
OPEN OPTIONS
DISK CLEAN UP
DELETE FILES YES
OKAY

OPEN ACTION
CLEAR LOGS
YES CLEAR LOGS OR SAVE LOGS
YES OR OKAY
REBOOT SYSTEM

MAKE SURE YOU DEFRAG THE DRIVE AFTER CLEARING ALL LOG ENTERS BECAUSE ITS GOING TO CHANGE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM

Do direct x 10 supports windows xp sp2 ?

Hey,

Dx10 comes with vista, microsoft doesn't give dx10 to xp, xp has dx9.

you can try this alpha, unofficial dx10, not made by microsoft..
http://www.techmixer.com/download-directx-10-for-windows-xp/

it comes with no warranty of actually working, try at your own risk.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks,
Ek
