When i turn on the camera the lens comes out and makes a noise
try to remove the camera battery for a while.
put back the battery while pressing the power button.
or try to tap the buttom back of the camera, to help the lens retract.
this can only be mechanical problem, if the solution did not solve the issue better send it out for repair.
My camera will not accept the memory card
Hello, one thing you might want to try is to format the memory card. To do this:
-Insert the card into your computer in the correct slot
-Wait until the computer displays found new hardware/device is ready to use
-Open my computer and look for the card(usually given a drive letter of H,I,J...) On most machines, it will be under a category heading of devices with removable storage
-Right click and select format
-Normally the default settings will work fine
-Select ok/format/continue
Hope this helps
