Check the charging contacts make sure it is charging when in the cradle. If problem is remove the battery and let it stand for one minute than re-plug battery in unit place briefly in cradle, until display and or charge indicator lights up . Try making a call . Have two Panasonic KX-TGA110EX and two KY-TCA115EX phones and their appropriate base stations. Can they be used as a single network? Yes, I hope but suspect no!Peter

Deregister your handset by dialing *331734# then selecting the Menu/Select button. Phone should ask you to place in base to register. Wait a few moments and you should be able to user your handset.

The phone is like a landline phone so that means the there is network failure so you have to hold on for the network to be full restored for it to give you an enageing tone

I will advice you try charge the phone for some time before using it again to make calls, you can also reset your phone, Turn off the phone, remove the AC adapter, press and hold the page/call button that is on the phone and plug back your Ac adapter, this will fix the problem. If that did not fix the problem, let me know.
