Take it back because it is not fixed. Probably something was not connected by tech during screen replacement.

Shut it down by holding the power button until the screen goes black, don't tap the power off button, wait for the black screen. Then let your phone charge for a few hours (maybe over night) with power off and see if that helps.

You should be able to go to your email website and reset your password. Like if it's Google.com there should be a place to reset your user name and password. Sometimes your email address is your user name.

there are a few reasons that it may not be ringing. First is that the notifications volume and ringer volume have been set to have different volumes.
