Hi,
As the weather is getting warmer for many people their freezer and/or
refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are
also many other things that can go wrong. If you are hearing a clicking or

Will not run at all when plugged in
More than likely, it needs a new control board. It takes about 5 minutes with Google to locate a new board. Runs about $30 (including shipping.
Warning, requires knowledge of soldering to install this board.
No, I had no way of testing the board. However, since the part is cheap and it came up almost immediately when I started searching, pretty safe to assume that's the problem. Yes, replacing the board solved the problem for me.
The control board is located behind the sheet metal on the back of the refrigerator.

It will not get cold, everyting turns on, fans-light
you need a new rtc overoad contactor on your units compressor which is located in the rear of the unit,remove the spring wire that secures it to the compressor body and unplug and reverse procedure to install

I have a Haier mini fridge model hrt02wncbb it will not cool, The fan runs all the time. I keep it in my class at school but there is five other mini fridge they work find what should i do?
Noise
Freon "boils" when compressed and pushed through the evap. causing cold. Sometimes after time you can hear it making the boil sound. There is really no way to fix it. Well... There is a way to fix but the price you would pay to fix it; you could turn around and buy a brand new freezer! GOODLUCK:)
Fan Not Coming On & Compressor Is Hot
Ckecked around for the fan, parts for this unit are few and far between did locate some on ebay so head over there. Cuz there were quite a few but without seeing yours I couldn't match up what I was seeing.

Haier HF50CW20W stopped working
It sounds like your chest freezer may have a problem with its compressor. The fact that the compressor is cool to the touch suggests that it may not be turning on at all.
Here are a few things you can check:
- Make sure the freezer is properly plugged in and that the outlet has power
- Check the thermostat setting to ensure it is set to the correct temperature
- Check the compressor's overload protector. It may have tripped and will need to be reset.
- Check to see if the compressor is getting power by using a multimeter to test the continuity of the compressor's start and run windings
- Check the compressor's capacitors. They could be damaged and need replacing
- Check the evaporator fan motor, if the fan is not running, the compressor will not turn on.
