Try taking and leaving out the battery overnight. If that doesn't help, then try flashing your phone with the Sony Ericsson Update Service.

Hi Paolo19, the issue could be with your phones settings. Kindly master reset your phone in case if there is a bug..it will be resolved.NOTE: Kindly see the warning before resetting the phone, you have to reset the settings only, otherwise you may loose your data/contacts..etc.If still not resolved after resetting, then the issues is surly with the hardware unit i.e; the internal mic.
