Stanton T.80 Turntable Questions & Answers
How do I connect a Stanton T80 turntable to my PC?
Hi, First of all you can try with the line input of your Pc audio card. There will be 3.5 mm stereo socket in the pc audio card (blue color ) which will marked as LINE IN. To connect the turntable to this socket you need a RCA to 3.5mm Stereo converter like on in the picture bellow. I have also added a link to a video which will help you to do the same. In the video the are showing a cassette deck. In you case Turntable in place of cassette deck.
You have to set the switch on the back of your Turntable to LINE OUT. Then you can use any software to record the signals from the LINE INPUT of your PC. If you need a high quality recording the you have to use a special converter which will do the job neatly. To convert or upload (copy) tracks in LP in good quality then you need a interface unit between the Turntable an PC. Which will convert the analog audio out to Digital signal ( RCA to USB). The unit will come with the driver for it. That you have to install on your PC.Keep on thing in Mind that when your are using such a converter between Turntable and PC you have to set the switch on the back of your Turntable to LINEOUT. Here i have added link which will lead you to such a USB converter. Which will provide you

I am getting a weak signal on the left channel of my T.80 on both digital and analog outputs.
Most likely a faulty cartridge. To check disconnect the leads to the cartridge. With the amp switched on touch each of the wires one at a time with your finger. On two you will have little or no response but on one you should hear a buzz on the left and on the other a buzz on the right. If the buzz are equal in volume then the cartridge is faulty. If the buzz is weak on the left, then that suggest a faulty pre-amp stage in the amp. This pre-amp only affects the record deck, so you won't get it on other functions.
What do i need to hook the Stanton T.80 up?
Turntables are simple if you've an amplifier with inputs labelled PHONO (not to be confused with audio plugs called phono or RCA)
If your amplifier hasn't then the sound from the cartridge on the arm won't be good quality.
To make it compatible with a line input usually labelled either that or AUX you'll need a phono converter box. There are quite high price ones but there are equally mid and even low-ish priced ones too.
Look around online for Phono-to-Aux adapters, converters or whatever description and/or visit electronic stores like Radio Shack (still in the USA) or Maplins (UK) if you're near any.

How do i replace burnt fuses on stanton t62 m2 turntables
If they are the glass type fuses then they might still have the wattage on the metal ends.
However that might be the least of your problems. Fuses blow like that due to an overload. So you should look around for a shorted device such as a power transistor or anything having an heat sink on it.
